What is a Cookie?

  • Choose a category you wish to browse by clicking on the list of categories on the left hand side of your screen.
  • Click on the image or the "more details"   link to learn more  about the product

  • Click on "Add to Cart" button for any item you wish to purchase.

  • When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase click on the "Check Out" link on the side menu. Your shopping cart will appear for you to review. You can remove any items you do not wish to purchase at this time by clicking on the "Remove Item" icon.

  • Enter you shipping information on the form below your cart & click on the "Calculate Shipping" button to see your order with the shipping and handling charges applied.

  • Click on "Process Order" button to complete your order by going to our secure server to enter your credit card information.

    For your shopping convenience our catalog uses "Cookies" to keep help keep track of items you place in your cart.  You will need to modify your browsers preferences/options to enable cookies.

  2. I left my computer for a little while and now my cart is empty

    For your shopping convenience our catalog uses "Cookies".  Your "cookie" expires after approximately 20 minutes of inactivety with your browser (ie: You left our sight and surfed around for a little while before returning to our site). When your cookie expires, your shopping cart is automatically emptied.

  3. I cannot place more than one item at a time in my shopping cart.

    For your shopping convenience our catalog uses "Cookies".  Without cookies our server thinks you are a new customer every time you visit a different page on our site and give you a new shopping cart.  If you want to fill your cart, you will have to enable cookies in your browser.

  4. The amount in my shopping basket is less than the amount I ordered

    Our catalog interacts directly with our product database.  If you entered a quantity which exceeds our current inventory level the shopping cart will automatically adjust the quantity you entered to the amount we have available to ship.

    Our catalog interacts directly with our product database. If another shopper checks out their basket before you they may have purchased the last item in inventory for you missing product.

What is a Cookie?

For your shopping convenience our catalog uses "Cookies". We use  cookies to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart - without the use of cookies your cart could contain only one item at a time. 

A cookie is line of text that gets entered into the memory of your browser. This text contains the domain, path, lifetime of a variable which we also store in our server's memory - it allows us to distinguish between your shopping cart and another customers shopping cart.
